Becoming an ITGA Member

Membership in the International Town & Gown Association is truly an investment in your college community. Services of the ITGA will save you, your community and your school time and money. You’ll make important cross-jurisdictional contacts, learn about collaborative programs, and obtain time sensitive information about other collaborative programs occurring across the world’s college towns. Now more than ever, you need to invest in learning how to save money, increase and improve services, and make your college town a more enjoyable place to live through collaboration and teamwork between the college, town and town’s people.

REGIONS

Founding Members and General Members shall be designated to represent one of six regions from which they reside.

Central Region: Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Texas, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Wyoming.

Mississippi Valley Region: Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Minnesota, Missouri, Tennessee and Wisconsin.

Northeast Region: Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Southeast Region: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C. and West Virginia.

West Region: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

International: Any country outside of the United States and including any territory of the United States.
